February

Hello to all,

There are starting to be a few more things on the horizon. The nomination committee should be pretty close to being formed. We will have one from the board, one from the membership and one from the president. That makes a committee of three that will do a great job I am sure. They will be confirmed at the February Business meeting and have a slate at the March Business Meeting. If you have any idea that you would like to be on the board or on the committee please let me know and I will pass your name along.

The Live Your Dream Award winner’s information will be sent in to SIAHQ. We will look forward to having our winner at our meeting so we can meet her.

We need to reserve our rooms for the NWR Conference in Coeur D’Alene. Rooms are going fast so let me now if you are planning to attend. Date for the Conference is April 19-22. I was just told there are only 15 rooms left at the lower price.

March 24 will be our Area meeting in La Pine. I hope we can have a big showing. It looks to be a fun outing and we will be meeting some new people. Good news.

The date for the Drive for your Community has been set and will be announced at the next meeting.

Don’t forget Sharon Liddycoat is having a Spring Fun and Fellowship meeting at 11:15.

Best word ever would be ‘heart’ for the coming month. Happy Valentine’s Day to one and all.

Looking forward to seeing you all at the next meeting.

Sharon
